NOTE: We need to approve the revised official RCDC By-laws. You received a preliminary draft last month to review. I’m attaching it again here. A vote will be called to approve the by-laws, including the amendment to Article VIII: Duties of Officers. It’s required that we have a quorum of RCDC members to vote on approval of the by-laws. So please do attend!I
