First day of in-person early voting at your local registrar’s office: Friday, January 19, 2024.
Deadline to register to vote, or update an existing registration: February 12, 2024 (Voters may register after this date, through Election Day, and vote using a provisional ballot).
Deadline to apply for a ballot to be mailed to you: February 23, 2024. Your request must be received by your local voter registration office by 5:00 p.m.
Voter registration offices open for early voting: Saturday, February 24, 2024.
The last day of in-person early voting at your local voter registration office: Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

The first is the Presidential Primary on March 5. The next are the State Federal Primaries on June 18. And lastly is the General Election on November 5. Early voting for the Presidential Primaries is underway! You can get your ballot in now. Vote in person at the Registrar’s Office, 262A Gay St, Little Washington between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Or call (540) 675-5380. It only takes a minute and it’s so important! We welcome all Democrats who are registered to vote in Rappahannock County to attend our reorganization meeting at the Little Washington Winery, 72 Christmas Tree Lane, Washington VA, on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 1 pm. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for member registration, coffee, sandwiches, and conversation. Click the link for the official Call to Caucus. We invite you to renew your RCDC membership — or join for the first time! Please download the RCDC Membership Form and email it, mail it, or bring it in person along with the suggested annual dues payment of $25. Our reorganization meeting will include the election of new officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer) for the 2024-2025 period. Our current Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer will not be seeking another term.
