Friday night, then two days at the barn

September 11–13, 2026 at the Mt. Vernon Farm Barn in Sperryville. Friday night is ticketed. Saturday and Sunday are open to everyone, no ticket needed.

Tickets add a 4% platform fee at checkout, which you can choose to cover so the committee keeps the full ticket price. The $30 and $60 options cover yard sale items only — auction bids are always free to place. Get updates

Two full days at the barn. Yard sale items are bought in person — no bidding, no waiting to find out if you won. Saturday is full price; on Sunday every item is half price, all day.

Bought in person, no bidding. Full price Saturday; every item half price Sunday.
When you can buy
Saturday and Sunday at the yard sale — or early, on Friday night, with a $30 or $60 pre-sale ticket.
In the online auction?
No. Yard sale items are never listed in the online auction.

In short:Yard sale items are bought. Auction items are bid on. A Friday $30 or $60 ticket buys early access to purchase yard sale items — it is not a bid.

DJ L Boogie behind the turntables

Rappahannock’s own DJ L Boogie is bringing the party to this year’s auction — spinning old-school funk, disco, R&B, house, and hip-hop across eight decades of music.

A Queens-born, Flint Hill–based turntablist who’s rocked everything from black-tie galas and winery weddings to the Universal Hip-Hop Museum, she reads the room and keeps every generation on the dance floor.

How the online auction works

This is for auction items only — yard sale items are bought in person at the barn.

Card validated, not charged

Registering confirms you're a real bidder. You're only charged if you win.

Your bid is what you pay

Bid the amount you want to win at. It shows as the current bid straight away.

Lots close on a schedule

Items close in staggered waves — not all at once.

Winners pay bid + 5%

Winning bidders are charged their final bid plus a 5% platform fee, which the committee will cover instead if you prefer.
